This is a deeply personalised and bespoke inquiry into colour, style, coherence, visibility, and embodied expression.

The Embodied Presence process includes:

*bespoke written report and video explaining palette and including style guidance

*video e-course on the psychologies of the colours in your palette and how to implement the dressing recommendations. eg. wearing hair colour for grounding, eye colour helps establish trust, power colours for impact, the importance of correct skin tones and reds in intimate and romantic situations.

Each palette is developed through close observation of your facial features, skin, hair and eye colours, voice, movement and energetic essence.

My training draws from a lineage of practitioners connected directly to the pioneering work of Suzanne Caygill, whose approach reached beyond surface presentation to the psychological and spiritual qualities of individual essence.
