For more than four decades my professional work and personal exploration have developed around these questions:
What allows a human being to become the fullest expression of their true nature?
How do human beings navigate profound transformation when the old maps no longer work?
These questions have taken me through corporate leadership, motherhood, entrepreneurship, Taoist practice, classical Tantra, Human Design, non-dual awakening and decades of working alongside people navigating profound inner transformation.
To an outside observer, those may appear to be many different interests.
To me, they have always been different paths leading towards the same destination - the realisation and expression of the authentic self.
Today, I help people orient themselves in the landscape of awakening and embodiment so they can recognise where they are, understand what is unfolding, and live in greater alignment with their energetic design.
I think of myself as both a cartographer and a guide.
A cartographer maps the territory.
A guide accompanies people as they find their own way through it.
My journey:
My professional life began in Human Resources before moving into management consulting with KPMG in London. Those years gave me a deep understanding of organisations, leadership and the pursuit of externally defined success.
They also taught me something equally valuable: the hidden costs of living too far from one's own nature.
Alongside my professional life, personal challenges became profound initiations. What first appeared as crises gradually revealed themselves as invitations into a different way of living.
Over the years I immersed myself in psychotherapy, Taoist internal practice, classical Tantra and contemplative inquiry. These traditions reshaped my understanding of leadership, relationship, power, embodiment and the nature of consciousness itself.
A profound non-dual awakening in 2011 marked another significant threshold. Like many people, I discovered that awakening was not the end of the journey; it was the beginning of a new one.
The years since have been devoted to exploring how awakening matures—how realisation becomes embodied through relationship, leadership, creativity, ageing and everyday life. This exploration has become the foundation of my work.
My approach and perspective:
Human Design is one of the primary maps I use to help people recognise where conditioning lives and where their unique nature is seeking expression. I approach each Human Design chart as a navigational map—one that helps restore orientation when life has outgrown its previous structures.
Alongside, I draw on decades of lived experience and study across awakening, embodiment, relational dynamics, Taoism, Tantra and contemporary transformational approaches.
There are a few principles that underpin everything I do:
* Awakening is not the end of the spiritual journey; it is the beginning of embodiment.
* Relationship reveals where conditioning still lives.
* Power is healthiest when it arises from inner sovereignty rather than external authority.
* Human potential unfolds through increasing alignment with our energetic nature.
* We never retire from becoming who we are capable of being.
Working together:
I work privately with a small number of people who have undergone, or are undergoing, significant inner transformation and are ready to integrate it into the way they live, love, lead and contribute.
Some come through Human Design.
Some arrive after awakening.
Some are navigating profound life transitions.
Others are bringing a book, business or creative contribution into the world.
What unites them is not their profession or background, but the territory they find themselves inhabiting.
If my work resonates with you, I invite you to explore the ways we can work together on the Work With Me page.
Foundations:
My work is informed by:
* Human Resources and management consulting with KPMG London.
* Taoist internal alchemy and Qigong.
* Classical Tantra within the Sri Vidya tradition.
* Non-dual awakening and ongoing embodiment.
* Human Design.
* Contemporary transformational methodologies, in which I am certified
* More than four decades of lived inquiry into leadership, relationship, embodiment and human potential.
My book, A Feminine Path - From Tantric Initiation to Sacred Sovereignty and Embodied Power details my journey. It's both a memoir and a paradigm statement.
Below is a short clip from a podcast interview of me by journalist Loveena Tandon exploring masculine and feminine dynamics through the lens of Shiva and Shakti. The full interview is available on my YouTube channel.
